You acknowledge that I’m a digital illustrator, meaning there won’t be any shipping of physical goods.

As the artist, I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works. This includes publishing the work on my socials, unless otherwise accorded.

My work is for personal and private use only. I do not allow my art to be used for unauthorised or commercial purposes or profit, unless commercial usage is accorded at the time the order is made.

Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to trace, copy, edit or remove the watermark from the finished product. You are not allowed to claim my art as your own.

Credits to me (@sofia01mg) or a link to any of my socials must be explicitly given anytime the art is showcased or shared on social media.

Commissions are not first come, first served. I reserve the right to decline your order if I don’t feel comfortable or if I’m not able to work on it. I’ll also prioritise clients whose order I feel most passionate about as it directly influences the quality of the product.

Full payment at sketch approval, via PayPal only.

Edits can be made during the sketching phase. Once the sketch is approved, I won’t accept major composition changes.

Time for the commission’s completion will vary depending on the complexity of the work and my own personal free time. Average time should be from 2 weeks to 1 month.

I will let you know if there are any complications with the deadline or any other updates so you know the status of the commission at all times.

Completed product is delivered through the service or website where communication with the client happened, and hd files are sent via google drive or email.

I do not allow chargebacks or paypal disputes; for any issue you can contact me anytime and I’ll be glad to clarify any concern you may have.

You can ask about your commission status or for wips anytime you desire!

It could be that I post the commission on my socials so other followers can see what they can expect of my work. Of course, I will post it with a [commission] watermark. I will let you know if I do so.

References and detailed descriptions are very welcome and will significantly increase my productivity as I won’t spend that much time researching or making concept sketches.

If a clear reference is provided, I can draw the client interacting with a specific character.
